About this role
As the Head Veterinarian, you will lead our clinical operations with a focus on excellence and mentorship. This role is a perfect mission for an experienced clinician looking to step into a leadership position that is both rewarded and recognised.
- Promote and deliver exceptional clinical standards while sharing knowledge with junior and newly graduated veterinarians.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Partner with the leadership team to maintain clinic success and drive clinical standards.
- Lead the team with positivity and support, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.
About you
You are an experienced veterinarian with a relevant degree and current state registration. You possess a desire for greater responsibility and are ready to transition into an influential leadership role.
- Leadership Aspiration: A drive to mentor others and influence clinical outcomes.
- Clinical Excellence: Strong surgical and medical skills with a commitment to best-practice care.
- Soft Skills: A positive, supportive approach to team management and excellent communication skills.
