About us
You’ll join a caring team at Greencross Cockburn, providing comprehensive veterinary care to pets and their families from our modern, purpose-built clinic on Armadale Road in Jandakot.
We’re a team you can help grow and a clinic you can make your own. Behind you sit the connections and resources of the wider Greencross network, along with your Regional Clinical Director and experienced Veterinary Directors across the region, who share advice, discuss cases and learn from one another.
We’ve been bringing our Toffee to this Greencross since we first got him. Every visit has been nothing short of wonderful with caring vets and nurses, I always feel comfortable no matter who you see they have your pups best interest at heart as well as being fantastic with following up when they say they will. Thank you so much! – Rhiannon Wood – Google Review
About this role
As our Veterinary Director, you’ll shape the way your team works, support their development and build a clinic culture you’re proud to lead. You’ll create an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas and learning together, and you’ll help your colleagues build confidence along the way.
You’ll stay hands-on too, with the clinical work and client relationships that brought you into veterinary medicine at the centre of your week. - Working closely with your Practice Manager on the clinic’s day-to-day operations and ongoing development
- Building lasting relationships with clients and supporting continuity of care
- Partnering with your Regional Clinical Director and the wider network to strengthen clinical standards and improve how the clinic operates
Whether you’re an experienced Veterinary Director or a senior vet ready for your first formal leadership role, you’ll have room to bring your ideas and make a real contribution to the clinic’s future.
