About us
We are a well-resourced companion animal clinic located in the heart of Robina Village, a relaxed community precinct just minutes from some of the Gold Coast’s most iconic beaches. Our team operates from a fully equipped facility with ultrasound, IM3 dental, and modern anaesthetic capabilities, giving you the clinical tools to practise thorough, considered medicine every day. We are backed by the Greencross network, which means access to a depth of continuing education, specialist referral pathways, and peer support that most standalone clinics simply cannot match. But what makes this clinic feel different is the local team itself: a tight, supportive group of professionals who genuinely look out for each other. Leadership here is accessible and invested in your day-to-day experience, not just your output. It is a place where you can raise your hand, ask questions, and grow without second-guessing yourself.

About this role
This is a permanent, full-time associate position built around a mixed caseload of consultations and surgery. Your days will blend the variety of general practice, from preventative care and medical workups through to soft tissue procedures and dental work, with genuine support at every stage.
- Consultations with depth: Time and resources to investigate thoroughly, communicate clearly with clients, and see cases through to resolution.
- Surgical variety: Regular access to the surgical suite for soft tissue and dental procedures, with mentorship available as you build confidence in new areas.
- Special interest development: If there is an area of medicine you want to pursue further, whether that is diagnostic imaging, exotics, or something else entirely, we will actively support that trajectory.
- Collaborative case management: You will never feel isolated here. The team works together on complex cases, and the broader Greencross network provides referral and second-opinion pathways when you need them.
About you
You are a veterinarian who enjoys the full breadth of general practice and is looking for a clinic that will invest in your growth as much as you invest in the work. You are comfortable in consult and in surgery, and you are the kind of clinician who asks good questions, communicates with care, and brings a genuine team-first mindset to every shift. Whether you are a few years into your career and ready to sharpen your surgical skills, or more experienced and looking for a professional home on the Coast, we are interested in what you bring to the team.
You will hold a recognised veterinary degree accredited by the AVBC.
