About us
We’re an eight-vet companion animal practice in the heart of Western Australia’s Swan Valley, one of the most sought-after lifestyle pockets in the state. Think world-class wineries, artisan food trails, and open countryside… all just a short drive from Perth’s CBD.
Our facility is purpose-built to support the way we actually work. Spacious consult rooms, separated cat and dog waiting areas, a fully equipped surgical suite, and in-house diagnostic imaging including CT give our team the tools to practise thorough, considered medicine every day. We don’t cut corners on the clinical side, and we don’t cut corners on the human side either.
We’re a certified Great Place to Work and an accredited Skilled Mental Health First Aid workplace. Those aren’t just badges on the wall. They reflect a genuine commitment to making sure our people feel safe, supported, and respected. Our leadership team operates as mentors and collaborators, not distant management. When something needs to change, we listen, and we act.
Couldn’t rate this vet clinic higher! We’ve recently seen Dr Janae and Dr Amy whose approach has been caring, gentle, and thorough. Our anxious rescue dog has never been so calm and cooperative at the vets. The facilities are very well thought out and maintained – Sammie B – Google Review
About this role
This is a full-time GP position where you’ll work across the full clinical spectrum, from routine wellness and preventive care through to complex medical workups and surgery.
You’ll have genuine clinical autonomy, backed by seven experienced colleagues and a skilled nursing team who are invested in helping you get the best outcomes for your patients. With in-house CT and advanced diagnostics at your fingertips, you can pursue answers without the delays and frustrations of external referrals for imaging.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Consultations: Managing a varied caseload with the time and support to work cases up properly, building lasting client relationships along the way.
- Surgery: A consistent surgical roster covering soft tissue procedures, routine desexings, and dentals, with room to grow into more complex work as your confidence builds.
- Diagnostics: Leveraging our in-house imaging suite, including CT, to deliver faster, more accurate diagnoses and see your clinical thinking through to resolution.
- Collaboration: Working within a culture of shared knowledge where asking questions is a sign of strength, not weakness.
About you
You’re a veterinarian who wants to do good work in a place that actually supports you doing it. Whether you’re a couple of years out of university and ready to accelerate your growth, or a more seasoned clinician looking for a practice that matches your standards, this environment will meet you where you are.
You bring a genuine curiosity about your cases, the kind of mind that wants to understand the “why” behind the presentation, not just manage the symptoms. You communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, and you’re the sort of person who lifts the energy of the team around you.
You hold a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent qualification recognised in Australia, and have at least one year of clinical experience in a busy practice environment.
Our offer
- Base Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 per annum, based on experience.

- Registration and Memberships: Annual Veterinary Board registration, radiation licence, and VIN membership fully covered.

- Vehicle: Novated leasing option available.

- Well-being: Access to our Employee Assistance Program, within a workplace that holds Skilled Mental Health First Aid accreditation.
- Referral Bonus: A generous team member referral program.
- Visa Sponsorship: Full sponsorship and relocation assistance available for overseas candidates.
We’re also happy to explore other remuneration structures that might better suit your individual circumstances, something we can discuss as we get to know each other.
