About us
Welcome to North Lakes, a thriving community only 30 minutes from Brisbane that offers beautiful walking tracks, shopping, cafes, and great schools. Our clinic is a well-lit and airy space that has been purpose built and equipped with optimal veterinary care in mind. You will be supported by an experienced team that loves making a difference and a highly competent practice manager who handles the majority of administrative duties. Our inclusive team culture celebrates individuality and provides a passionate environment focused on excellent patient care.
We have taken our dog twice and the team have been absolutely amazing both times. Incredibly kind, considerate, understanding and you can see the genuine love for animals and passion for their jobs.

About this role
We are looking for a strong and driven leader to help shape the next chapter of our clinic journey by leading clinical standards with confidence and clarity.
- Manage day to day operations including financial performance.
- Coach and support your team through change and growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in patient care and client experience.
- Utilize excellent equipment on site including digital x-ray and dental radiography.
- Work with an interesting case load and exposure to visiting specialists.
About you
You are a skilled and resilient professional who brings a sense of humour and adaptability to the role. You are a natural problem solver who sees change as an opportunity and thrives in a leadership role where people look to you for guidance.
- Veterinary Science degree or equivalent plus QLD registration.
- Clinical confidence across general practice medicine and surgery.
- Leadership experience or the hunger to step into that space.
- A calm and solution focused mindset even when things get tough.
- A collaborative attitude and strong emotional intelligence.
