We’re seeking a motivated veterinarian to join our friendly team in Highton, just outside Geelong.
About us
Our Highton clinic is a modern, newly renovated space with all the tools you need to practice high-quality medicine. We’re a close-knit, community-focused team that values patient care, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture. You’ll have access to nearby emergency and specialist centres for support with complex cases.

About this role
- Flexible work structure: Whether you’re after part-time hours, or a job-share arrangement, we’ll tailor the role to suit your lifestyle.
- Attractive hourly rate: Earn $75–$85 per hour, based on your experience and leadership contribution. This is a permanent role paid hourly to pay you for the actual work you do while in the clinic.
- Short Term Bonus Incentive: Rewarding your impact and contribution to the clinic
- Autonomy and ownership: Take the lead in a sole charge setting and make the clinic your own, with the support of a skilled nursing and reception team plus the broader Apiam business support and colleague network.
- Dual leadership potential: Ideal for part time or returning to work vets who want to share responsibilities and collaborate in a co-leadership model.
About you
- A confident, experienced vet with strong general practice skills
- Someone who enjoys mentoring and leading a team
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for patient care
- Ability to work autonomously and a desire to grow and develop the clinic further
